John Frederick Carten is the co-author author and co-publisher of the Water War Crimes web site that blew the whistle on massive criminal corruption in Canada that he encountered when he was legal counsel for Snowcap Waters Ltd and Sun Belt Water Inc. in a lawsuit that was moving forward in the courts of British Columbia

John Douglas English and his family were the victims of a criminal conspiracy carried out by members of the Law Society of British Columbia and agents of the Government of British Columbia.
The work of Mr. Carten identified the criminals and has caused huge international embarrassment to the Government of British Columbia Premier Christy Clark and she and her cabinet colleagues have personally benefitted from the crimes committed.

Bhora Singh Mayer and his family were lured into hiring a Vancouver area lawyer who promised them a quick, simple and economic solution to a lawsuit brought against them. The lawyer has charged them well over a million dollars and the litigation is continuing almost ten years later.
The lawyers on the other side of the litigation Nathanson Schacter Thompson LLP, a firm with a dirty reputation, bought out the lawsuit contrary to Law Society rules of professional conduct and the presiding judge is playing along with the lawyers game. The presiding judge J. Christopher Grauer was part of the criminal conspiracy against Dr. John David Kuntz.

Catherine Grace Pastula is the wife of Gordon Barry Pastula and they are farmers.
They are victims of a criminal conspiracy to where lawyers relied upon fabricated evidence intended to deceive the court, which is a criminal offence in (See: Criminal Code of Canada section 137 ), and loot their farm at well below market values - like the British Columbia Government did in the John English case.
The Law Society of British Columbia refused carry out a competent investigation.

This Affidavit contains copies of complaints filed with Canadian Judicial Council about judicial corruption in the English family case where the British Columbia government stole their land evidence of the amounts paid by the British Columbia Government to Law Society lawyers Lovett & Westmacott proving that the Attorney General/ Government of British Columbia has now taken charge of the case, a copy of John English's letter to Prime Minister Trudeau and a copy of the English family Notice of Civil Claim against a number of British Columbia Government entities and a few crooked lawyers.
