Mr. Carten's affidavit no. 5 proof of malicious prosecution
This document has appended to it the only exhibit a copy of an affidavit that was filed in a court case in 2008 after Mr. Carten was acquitted of false criminal charges brought against him by a malicious group of lawyer criminals inside the British Columbia Ministry of Justice.
The affidavit includes copies of police records that prove a government lawyer lied to the Victoria City Police to persuade the police to commence the process to prosecute Mr. Carten.
When the prosecution was over Mr. Carten advised the Victoria City Poilice they were lied to and recommended charges against the complainant - a government lawyer.
The Victoria City Police declined to charge the lying lawyer, the lying lawyer kept her dirty job and the British Columbia Government appointed the dirty lying lawyer to the office of "judicial justice".
