This above document is the petition of the Law Society filed in the Supreme Court against former lawyer John Frederick Carten who is a fully qualified lawyer who practised law from 22 years and was never suspended or disbarred when, in 2005, as part of a criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice for Sun Belt Water Inc., the Law Society refused to renew his licence to practice law in British Columbia.

Raymond is licenced by the Attorney General of British Columbia - an organization that has a reputation for corruption and that effectively controls the Law Society.

Collette is a paralegal at the Law Society. Her affidavit at page 18 contains the infamous affidavit that Mr. Carten was creating on instructions from Mr. Rob Nicholson that miraculously led to the instant death, 17 days later, of Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield who was a major criminal, a serial pedofile abusing children as young as six and who played a role in the criminal conspiracy against Dr. John David Kuntz who has filed an affidavit in support of Mr. Carten and who was the victim of a criminal conspiracy by Vancouver area lawyers and judges in the 1980's and 1990's.
AFFIDAVIT OF ELIZABETH MOUL - FEBRUARY 25, 2016
Elizabeth Moul is a full time employee of the Law Society. At paragraph 5 she documents that Michael Kleisinger has been refusing to reveal if he is a Freemason which is a criminal organization that has infiltrated the Law Society and the judiciary in British Columbia.
